Meet Skye

A Gentle, Loyal Soul in Search of Safety and Love

Skye is a beautiful 7-year-old girl with a quiet, old soul and a heart full of loyalty. She’s had a rough past—one that’s left her timid and wary, especially around men but she’s come a long way and is ready for the next chapter in a patient, understanding home.

Skye is incredibly devoted once she trusts you. She bonds deeply and will follow her person anywhere, always wanting to stay close. She walks perfectly on a leash and is so connected to her person that she’ll even stay right beside you without one. Her gentle nature shines through when she feels safe.

Due to her history, sudden movements and loud or deep voices cause her distress, and she is especially fearful of men. Despite ongoing patience and kindness from her current foster dad, she remains very anxious and reactive around him. We are hopeful that with her puppies now weaned and finding homes of their own, her stress will ease, and she’ll begin to heal more.

Skye is also a bit of an escape artist, so a very secure yard and vigilant supervision are a must. She’s not one to wander far, but if frightened, she’ll look for a way out.

What Skye needs most is a calm, female-led home (or one with very gentle men who are willing to take things incredibly slow), where she can continue to feel safe and begin to build new, happy memories. In return, you’ll gain the fiercest kind of love—the kind that comes from a dog who’s been through the worst and still wants to trust.

Meet Bella

~Our Wild Child Bobtail~

If you’re looking for a kitten who brings nonstop joy, giggles, and a touch of adorable mischief to your life, look no further! Bella is a wild child in the best way—full of energy, silly antics, and kitten zoomies that will keep you smiling all day long.

And as a bonus? She’s a bobtail bundle of joy! With a little nub where a tail would normally be, Bella doesn’t miss it one bit—it certainly doesn’t slow her down! In fact, she seems to think it just adds to the cuteness factor.

Bella came into rescue after being found abandoned in a box at the edge of the woods near a business, along with her mom and two littermates. Thankfully, a kind Samaritan stepped in and got them the help they needed. With lots of love and care—especially from her devoted mom—Bella has flourished and is now ready to find a forever home.

Whether she’s leaping across the room, pouncing on toys, or pausing for some cuddle time, Bella is the perfect mix of playful spirit and snuggly sweetness.
